Rental conditions
Solvency criteria: The tenant must justify stable income at least 3 times higher than the amount of the rent including charges.
The guarantor(s) must prove a stable income at least 4 times higher than the amount of the rent including charges.
In application of the regulations, it will not be possible to accumulate an Unpaid Rent Insurance and guarantors, except furnished or student rental.
Compliance with these solvency criteria does not entail automatic agreement on the file.
The documents to be provided to submit a rental application: In order to proceed with the validation of your file by us, we ask you to fill out the tenant application form and provide us with the documents requested in the application form available on request.
The originals of the documents must be presented to the Cabinet.

A certificate of Multi-Risk Occupancy Insurance, including in particular the RC, Fire and Water Damage guarantees, must imperatively be provided on the day of signature and on each anniversary.
