Historic premises for the DALBERA family

It should be remembered that the DALBERA family has been located on the site of 4 rue Delille in NICE since 1935. 

Indeed, it was on this date that the Serrurerie - Ferronnerie d'Art DALBERA Frères was created, initially composed by the 4 DALBERA brothers (Jean, Francis, Louis-Paul and Robert) under the aegis of their mother Madame Veuve Louise DALBERA. They occupied the premises on the ground floor of 4 rue Delille, to which was then added a workshop at 8 rue Delille.

The carefully preserved art ironwork storefront dating from the 1960s of the current agency of the DALBERA Management Firm still bears witness to this activity of the past.

The beginning of real estate activity
It was in 1983 that Mr. Francis DALBERA, Graduate in Law, Master of Economics, graduate I.A.E., with an experience of nearly 10 years as a manager in a large public works company in Nice, with the participation of his parents, Robert and Paule DALBERA, founded the DALBERA Management Firm, which moved to the 1st floor of 4 rue Delille to then extend to the ground floor in 1994 at the cessation of activity of La Serrurerie - Ferronnerie d'art DALBERA Frères.

From 1984, the wife of the founding manager, Mrs. Anne-Marie DALBERA - BOUILLOT, Bachelor of Sciences, former professor of colleges, was associated with the operation of the Firm. 

Then, while Paule and Robert DALBERA, now deceased, took a well-deserved retirement, it was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Francis DALBERA, Renaud DALBERA, representing the 3rd generation, who while continuing his studies, was associated with the functioning of the Firm.

For the 30th anniversary of the Firm, Francis DALBERA alongside his wife and son Renaud has the honor of receiving from the hands of the Mayor Christian ESTROSI the medal of the city during a large convivial meal organized by the Cabinet at the Nice restaurant Chez Simon in Saint Antoine de Ginestière.
Family filiation
Today Renaud DALBERA, Master in Law Economics management, International Wealth Management, takes charge alongside his father of the destiny of the Firm. 

In 2012, the company acquired Cabinet MAIOLINO.
Cabinet MAIOLINO was founded on November 7, 1942 by Mr. Louis MAIOLINO, then installed at 11 rue Tonduti de l'escarène. He decided to move his offices to the premises of 10 rue Delille in 1970 with the idea of developing the Cabinet by the arrival of his son Marc MAIOLINO.

The latter took over the activity in 1971 with the help of Mrs. FRANCO, a faithful employee, following the sudden death of her father. He was joined by his wife Nicole.

Francis & Renaud DALBERA committed to the service of the profession

For many years, Francis DALBERA and now his son Renaud have been involved in the professional real estate union.
Formerly formed by the C.N.A.B (National Confederation of Property Administrators), C.S.A.B. and unit, the Unis union works to represent the real estate professions throughout France and locally with groups located in the region.

Renaud DALBERA has been president of the United Côte d'Azur since September 2019 alongside fellow Côte d'Azur members who are convinced that mutual aid and confraternity enhance the image of the profession.
The Unis Côte d'Azur is at the service of its members and acts on a daily basis to make real estate accessible to all by working closely with the Metropolises.

The syndicate participates every year in Solucop, the co-ownership fair and organizes the University of Co-ownership for union councils.

Passionate about innovation in real estate, Renaud DALBERA is also President of the National Innovation Commission of the United States which highlights all the novelties of proptech.
Every year, he organizes with the teams of the United and the commission, the trophies of innovation which reward through several prizes the new ideas that will make the real estate of tomorrow.
